By entering our sweepstakes you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please review these terms carefully. The Contest: Win a $250 gift card to Men’s Wearhouse; you are automatically entered to win when you purchase any book, electronic or paperback, from RumRunnerPubs.com.
Purchasing books published by Rum Runner from a second party source will not enter you into the sweepstakes (Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and so forth).
No purchase is necessary to enter to win. Purchasing a book will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter without purchase, mail a 3”x5” card (only one card per mailing) with your name, address and e-mail, to:

The drawing will be held December 14, 2010, or when the total number of books sold through the RumRunnerPubs.com website equals 5,000 – whichever occurs first.
If the person who wins the contest is not reachable, either through the contact information provided or through notification via the RumRunnerPubs.com website, within 30 days, then the prize will pass to the next name drawn. This pattern will continue until the prize is awarded.
Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement with respect to our site (RumRunnerPubs.com). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or current agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the Content, products or services provided by or through the site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the site and entering the gift card sweepstakes.
